Zero Compromise
The SE 700 is SmartHome Elevators' flagship circular home lift — part of the FLIT icon Pre-Fabricated series. Its self-supporting aluminium and steel structure requires absolutely no civil shaft, no supporting walls, and no machine room.
The hydraulic drive system uses a PU 80-litre power unit with an AKIS Turkey SJ 100 valve and ELMO/SB/Aestro motor for whisper-quiet operation. The Arkel ARL 300 controller with MDC_SMART 2 hydraulic electronics provides intelligent floor management and precise levelling.

Multi-Layer Safety System

Italian Rupture Valve
CE Certified rupture valve prevents excessive pressure — lift stops safely in any over-pressure event.
Pressure Switch
Monitors and maintains hydraulic pressure within certified safe operating limits at all times.
Mechanical Rope Break Safety
Independent rope-break safety catches activate within 5 cm of any uncontrolled descent.
Emergency Auto-Descent
On power failure, lift automatically descends to ground level at safe controlled speed.
Electro-Mechanical Interlocks
Certified interlocks at every landing level — doors cannot open unless cabin is precisely aligned.
RCCB Protection
40A, 100mA, 2-pole RCCB protects all electrical equipment from earth fault or overload.
Power & Hydraulic Drive
Site Requirements
Single phase connection with two earthing points required. 8 AWG 6mm² copper wiring is recommended for safe installation.
Circular Cabin Specification
The cabin features automatic LED lighting, a cabin fan, and push-button call controls with precise levelling at each landing. Door openings are available in-line or walk-through 180°, with optional 90° left or right configurations.
